FORX INVESTOS BUZZ  USDCAD Closed Higher The Canadian dollar gained around 1% against the USD on Wednesday after the Bank of Canada raised its key interest rate by 25bps to 0.75%, the first hike since 2010. It was up to 1.278 per USD around 11:35 AM NY time, the highest since August 17th 2016. Historically, the Canadian Dollar reached an all time high of 1.61 in January of 2002 and a record low of 0.92 in November of 2007.
