International Lithium CEO on reporting a 60% recovery rate

International Lithium –Kirill Klip, CEO, President and Chairman of International Lithium Corp. (TSXV: ILC) (“International Lithium”) in an interview with InvestorIntel CEO Tracy Weslosky discuss International Lithium’s Mariana lithium brine project, located in Argentina. Kirill states the Mariana lithium brine project is reporting a 60% recovery rate, with results showing “a very impressive 1.25 million tons of lithium carbonate and a whole exploration target of up to 4 million tons.” Kirill also comments on International Lithium’s recently appointment new deputy chairman, John Wisbey, who started as a shareholder with the company.

Tracy Weslosky: I’m excited about the quarterly results from Tesla. It appears they weren’t able to produce as many cars as they had anticipated due to the shortage of battery grade materials. Can you talk to us about this, as you are a source for battery grade materials?

Kirill Klip: Yes, they produced a little bit shorter than expected, but don’t forget that they will be ramping up production of Tesla Model 3. I understood they had a particular problem with the lithium battery specs for Tesla Model S 100g.

Tracy Weslosky: I was reading an article about the Tesla 3 and read that you are reporting a 60% recovery rate at your Argentina lithium project. Can you tell us a little bit more about what that 60% recovery rate means?

International Lithium

Kirill Klip: It means that we took very conservative rate of recovery… our results came out as a very impressive 1.25 million tons of lithium carbonate and the whole exploration target is up to 4 million tons. It means that we have very conservative approach… so if Tesla tomorrow would like to partner up with International Lithium, they just have to call us.

Tracy Weslosky: Something that is impressive to me and our InvestorIntel audience, are the jockeys, the management of the team. This actually gets us more interested in a company. You just appointed a very impressive Deputy Chairman with international caliber business experience. Tell us a little bit more about John’s background.

Kirill Klip: John Wisbey is a very great addition to our team. He joined us last January. He is a very avid businessman with very deep international practice particularly in banking. He is very well known in London and Sydney. It can be another very, very important situation for us here in London when all our famous black cabs will become electric by the end of this year. He is a great addition to our team. He spent a few years in Hong Kong, knows very good banking in Asia. You can check inside us, he is constantly buying shares in our company and (inaudible) just participated in another substantial raise in the company.

FOREX INVESTORS   PRESS RELEASE   Millennial Lithium Corp. (TSX VENTURE:ML)(FRANKFURT:A3N2)(OTCQB:MLNLF) (“Millennial” or the “Company”) is pleased to report encouraging results from an extended pumping test of the first production scale well at its Pastos Grandes Project in Salta, Argentina. Pumping well PGPW16-01 was installed in late 2016 to complete extended pumping of the lithium brine to determine the robustness and chemical variation of the aquifer over an extended period. At a pumping rate of 27.7 litres/second (l/s), the lithium content remained very consistent over the 60 hour period. The drawdown over 24 hours was approximately 9 metres (m) with very rapid recovery.

Millennial CEO, Farhad Abasov, commented: “Millennial is very pleased with the results of this first pumping test. The test indicates strong brine flow rates of 27.7 l/s at the maximum capacity of the pumping equipment with only minor draw-down, and consistent lithium concentrations suggest a robust aquifer. Strong lithium values remained relatively consistent throughout the duration of the pumping test suggesting lithium distribution is widespread. Brine from well PGPW16-01 is now being used to feed a series of trial evaporation ponds as part of Millennial’s ongoing development of the Pastos Grandes project.”

Well PGPW16-01 was drilled at a diameter of 17 inches to a depth of 125m and then 13.5 inches to the total depth of 351m. The well was completed with slotted casing (screen) at 10 inch and 6 inch diameters with gravel pack from top to bottom in the annulus in order to capture brine from the numerous permeable layers. The pumping rate for the test period was 27.7 l/s, the capacity of the equipment on site. Table 1 contains a summary of the main results of the test work.

Millennial Lithium

Table 1. Summary of Pumping Test at Well PGPW16-01
1

Measurements of brine levels during the pumping test indicate a drawdown of approximately 9m over a 24 hour period. In addition, continued measurements after termination of the pumping test showed a recovery of the brine level to within 0.5m of its original position after the 60 hour recovery period. The drawdown data is the basis for the calculation of the aquifer transmissivity, the rate at which the brine moves through the aquifer. Based on early testing, the transmissivity of Pastos Grandes is conservatively estimated to be very good at 550 square metres per day (m2/d).

Brine sampling during the pumping test was completed every 6 hours for a better understanding of the variation in brine chemical composition as the aquifer was tested. In general, the chemistry is consistent over the 60 hour period with lithium only dropping 8.2 mg/l from an initial 438.7 mg/l to 430.5 mg/l . Lithium to magnesium (Li/Mg), sulphate to lithium (SO4/Li) and potassium to lithium (K/Li) ratios also remain fairly constant over the test period.

A second pumping well is being constructed at hole PGMW17-04b where recent drilling has intersected extensive lithium-bearing brine (see Press Release dated June 27, 2017) and testing is expected to commence in the near future.

Sampling was conducted in accordance with CIM guidelines for brine resource evaluation, with an appropriate QA/QC program in place for ensuring accuracy and repeatability of the analytical results.

Alex Stewart Laboratories of Mendoza, Argentina and partner laboratory, Norlab S.R.L. of Palpala, Jujuy, are the primary analytical providers. The laboratories have extensive experience with lithium brine analyses and are certified under ISO 17025, and in Alex Stewart’s case, specifically for determination of lithium and potassium in liquid brines by use of ICP-OES.

This news release has been reviewed by Iain Scarr, AIPG CPG., Chief Operating Officer of the Company and a qualified person as that term is defined in National Instrument 43-101.

BUZ INVESTORS Lithium Market Outlook Believe it or not, but lithium is now an integral part of the fourth industrial revolution.

Lithium decreased to 108.41 USD

Lithium  | Data | Chart | Calendar | Forecast | News

BUZ INVESTORS Lithium decreased to 108.41 USD on Thursday June 15 from 110.31 USD in the previous trading day. Historically, Lithium reached an all time high of 111.57 in May of 2017 and a record low of 62.79 in February of 2016.

Demand for lithium is soaring thanks to battery demand. And interest in the industrial metal has never been higher.

But, before investing you MUST know this: Not all lithium is created equal.

Savvy lithium investors know that it’s the quality of the lithium procured, not just the quantity that will mint the biggest fortunes.

Unfortunately, most lithium miners are sitting on low-grade finds. Their investors will find out the hard way that higher production costs will greatly offset profits.

Investing in lithium isn’t as easy as investing in silver or gold as the commodity doesn’t trade in the commodities or futures market.

To participate in the lithium supply squeeze, investors have no choice but to buy shares of the explorers and producers. But to win big, they must be sure to buy the right ones.

There’s one company that appears to check all of the lithium boxes off. It’s sitting on the highest-grade lithium brine resource in the world. Plus, it’s about to double its land position in Chile, the most lithium rich area in the world.

And in July, Bearing Resources Ltd. (TSX: BRZ.VOTC: BRGRF) plans to close the transaction to acquire the world’s highest-grade undeveloped lithium project.

Lithium Penny Stocks to Watch

BUZ INVESTORS  Lithium Penny Stocks Is it time to forget the gold rush and instead go prospecting for lithium mines? A lot of analysts would like you to think so. After all, the industry as a whole is growing, demand is rising, and the applications of lithium are expanding. One of the best ways to take advantage of a growing industry is to get in on the ground floor with a penny stock, because of the possibilities for massive returns with a low barrier to entry.

But, when dealing with the lithium penny stocks to watch, it’s not as clear-cut as investors would like. First, let’s tackle the upside to lithium stocks and why many analysts are seeing gold when they look at lithium.

The World Is Going to Run on Lithium-Ion Batteries … Or So Elon Musk Hopes

Lithium-ion batteries have never been more in demand.

Both the increased presence of rechargeable batteries and the push to make cars more energy-efficient (more on this later) have boosted demand in the lithium market by 18% per year since 2010. (Source: “Lithium: Global Industry, Markets & Outlook,” Roskill Information Services, last accessed May 15, 2017.)

Lithium Penny Stocks

NMX stock chart

Lithium batteries now account for 37% of the total lithium consumption. Which is to say that energy is quickly becoming the main usage of lithium as a whole, while other uses—like construction and manufacturing—have declined, due to increased costs. Again, the rapid rise of batteries is one of the factors that has so many analysts intrigued.

Another benefit to lithium penny stocks is that governments across the world have been trying to put more stringent guidelines in place that would regulate emissions and fuel efficiency in car manufacturer fleets.

The secondary effect is, however, that you can’t run on the government mandates forever. At some point, in order to continue to drive the demand of lithium, people will need to begin buying electric cars but, at least for now, the government mandate is a huge bonus to lithium stocks.

And the push isn’t just federal; California has instituted its own plan which does require that a certain amount of sales be of electric cars. The program, called Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV), is notable, not only for the effects it has had on companies like Tesla Inc (NASDAQ:(TSLA), but also that the most populous and richest U.S. state is now being given more incentive to purchase zero-emission cars. (Source: “What is ZEV?,” Union of Concerned Scientists, October 31, 2016.)

The Downside to Lithium Stocks

We’ve been through all the good parts about lithium stocks, but now let’s take a look at how average companies and lithium penny stocks are both specifically at risk.

First, let’s start with Elon Musk. While the man is undoubtedly one of the most well-known and popular businessmen of our time, that doesn’t mean his companies are problem-free.

Let’s get back to the Gigafactory. It is the beneficiary of massive subsidies from the State of Nevada. Tesla will receive $1.29 billion in tax incentives for building the Gigafactory. (Source: “Complete breakdown of the $4.9 billion in government support the LA Times claims Elon Musk’s companies are receiving,” Electrek, June 2, 2015.)

What You Need to Know About Lithium Penny Stocks to Invest In

The broad view of the industry as a whole shows both potential for increased growth as well as setbacks. It’s not necessarily one of the riskier markets, but there is a fair amount of speculation going on, which may scare off more nervous investors.

Adding lithium penny stocks to that problem only compounds the speculative nature of the industry.

Penny stocks are penny stocks for a reason. They don’t have a lot of things you would normally look for in a company you invest in, and therefore they take on a more risk/reward dynamic

My Final Word on Lithium Stocks to Watch

There is a lot to be excited about in the lithium market, and a lot to be wary of. With the power of politics potentially at play when it comes to the commodity, as well as the volatile nature of any mining business, you have some of the more potentially erratic stocks on the market.

But sometimes, the risk is worth the potential reward. Lithium penny stocks provide investors with a ground floor on what could be the most important mining yield this generation has ever seen.

Of course, it could also be stalled by anything from a new alternate technology being developed, to more efficient lithium batteries, to slow demand in the car market, etc.

BUZ INVESTORS   Top Lithium Stocks  The best part of the tech sector, especially when compared to other industries, is that you get to invest on the cusp of tomorrow before everybody else. The ability to jump in on products that will shape the future before they’ve hit the mainstream is one of the reasons that so many tech companies are hitting it big on the stock market. And that’s why many are eager to know more about the lithium market, with its potential for future growth looking limitless considering all its applications in the tech field. So, are lithium stocks about to encounter a giant bull rush?

The best lithium stocks have experienced multiple surges over the past few years, and the tech on the whole is quickly turning into a product that investors do not want to miss out on. But is the new mineral fool’s gold or the real deal?

Lithium Consumption and Application

First, you have two areas where a lithium-ion battery is essential: Electric car production and grid power storage. These two uses, along with overall growth, helped pushed the demand for lithium by 26% in 2016, with an expected 39% growth in 2018, followed by 73% by 2025. (Source: “5 Canadian lithium stocks to play surging battery demand,” Financial Post, October 17, 2016.)

And the cars of the future are more than likely going to be powered by lithium, which is great news for lithium stocks.

While the government did seem firmly entrenched in its support of zero-emission cars over the past few years, the new administration of Donald Trump has already begun challenging some of the old regulations.

Trump has called for another review of the program, and while the process to change the emissions guidelines would be lengthy and difficulty due to a number of state laws and the complexity of the system, there’s a chance that Trump could not only slash the current Environmental Protection Agency CAFE standards, but also even attack state programs like ZEV.

This type of volatility in both directions could have far-reaching effects on the demand for the lithium-ion battery.

Should You Invest in Lithium?

So let’s dive down into the best lithium stocks, keeping in mind that the industry is a volatile one and that it may not be all it’s cracked up to be.There’s a lot of argument on both sides on whether to invest in lithium. Some analysts view it as yet another tech fad that could sink investors. Others project lithium as one of the next big commodities that could help make a lot of people very rich with some savvy investing.

Albemarle Corporation (NYSE:ALB) is the largest lithium stock in the world with a market cap of $12.2 billion and a reported 35% share of the world’s lithium market. It’s not hard to see why ALB stock is one of the best lithium stocks around.

BUX INVESTORS PRESS RELEASE  Lithium Corporation (OTCQB: LTUM, the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it and Bormal Resources Inc., a private British Columbia company, have executed the formal agreement with respect to the optioning of three Tantalum-Niobium properties in British Columbia. Also, the Company has amended its trenching permit for the BC Sugar flake graphite property, to allow for work in a previously untested area.

As outlined in our March 2, 2017 press release, Lithium Corporation has the option to earn a 100% interest in three separate claim blocks by furnishing 1,000,000 common shares to the Optionor upon the signing of the formal agreement, and issuing a further 750,000 common shares on the 1st anniversary of the signing of the agreement. The properties are subject to two separate 1% Net Smelter Royalties (NSR’s) that may be purchased at any time for $500,000 each.

As indicated in the earlier release, two of the properties exhibit strong Tantalum-Niobium (Ta-Nb) mineralization in stream sediments, while the third property is an area of known Ta-Nb enriched carbonatite occurrences where a brief field program by Bormal in 2015 located one of these carbonatites. Concurrent soil sampling determined that the soils here are enriched with Ta-Nb over the known occurrence, and indicated that there are other geochemical anomalies locally that may indicate more carbonatites exist here and are near surface. The Company anticipates preliminary geochemical and prospecting work on the property to commence early this summer.

BC Sugar Graphite Project

Also, the Company has revised its BC Sugar exploration permit with BC Energy and Mines to allow for new trenching this year in an area of several discrete geophysical anomalies that is devoid of surface rock exposures, and was not investigated when Lithium Corporation trenched the property in 2015. The Company is looking to commence this work in early fall 2017.

About Lithium Corporation

Lithium Corporation is an exploration company based in Nevada devoted to the exploration for energy storage related resources throughout North America, looking to capitalize on opportunities within the ever expanding next generation energy storage markets.

It has become powerful enough to run Electric Vehicles (EVs) without a need for petrol. EVs are now also disrupting the market for hybrids, let alone ICE (internal combustion engine) cars.

The same lithium-ion batteries are also ready to power our houses with the energy harnessed from the sun. Tracy Weslosky: What I’d love to just share with our audience is Christopher Ecclestone called me recently and said, “Who is this New Age Metals and why didn’t you tell me about it?”… Let’s talk about PGMs first.

Harry Barr: We have the largest undeveloped deposit of its kind in platinum group metals, in Canada. We have 2.5 million ounces and a new discovery in the northern portion of the property. We’re quite excited about it.

Tracy Weslosky: I was reading a story about you called, “The New Age Dawn of Palladium”. They were talking about how platinum’s back on a tear. Can you tell me how New Age Metals is planning on capitalizing on this?

Harry Barr: Our project is primarily a PGM project. We’re palladium first, platinum second, gold third and we have some other metals as well. Palladium has done very well. I think it’s one of the best performing precious metals this year. It’s in the high $700 range. Platinum is just over $1,000. These are metals that are needed for auto catalysts for the car industry and green metals. So from everything I’ve read and everything the analysts are saying, there’s a tremendous demand going forward and probably a limited supply.

Tracy Weslosky: But your competitive advantage for New Age Metals is with your PGMs?

Harry Barr: We’re located in North America. Most PGMs come from South Africa and Russia
